Set up a new or emerging leader for success for their leadership role in 2027. Hit the ground running with knowledge and confidence. What’s the commitment? Over a 10 week period, delegates will spend approximately one hour a fortnight on a module, then consolidate their learning in a one hour group coaching session each fortnight (times TBC, in school hours). All learning takes place online and is designed to fit in with current workloads. Programme runs from 1 February 2027 - 9 April 2027. What’s covered? There are five modules and five follow up group coaching sessions: - Creating a high functioning team - Communication and relational trust - Leading from the middle - Conflict and courageous conversations - Leading a school initiative Bonus! On completion, participants will take away a handbook to set them up from the start of their leadership. Optional add on: Support your new leader to embed this learning in practice by adding on 1:1 coaching sessions. We recommend 2 coaching sessions a term.
