1:1 Leadership Coaching – Warm, Challenging, and Practical
My coaching is strengths‑based, positive, and 'warm and demanding'. I bring deep experience in questioning and listening so you feel truly heard, stretched and supported. Together we unpack real puzzles of practice, explore options and design next steps you can use straight away. As an instructional coach, I know when to step in and guide and when to step back so you can discover solutions for yourself. You’re not doing this alone – I walk alongside you as you grow your leadership.
All coaching sessions occur online unless otherwise arranged.
